Healthy Beginnings


Providing Education and Support to Pregnant Women and Families with Young Children


Prenatal Classes
Learn how to take care of yourself and your baby during pregnancy and after birth. Find out what to expect during labor and delivery. Take a tour of the hospital to prepare for your stay.

New Moms Club
Meet other first-time moms and find support. Share ideas for taking care of yourself and dealing with stress. Learn more about your baby’s development in the first year of life. (newborns to age one)

Interactive Play Group

Learn to support your toddler’s development and manage difficult behaviors. Strengthen your relationship with your child and have fun together. (toddlers 1 to 3 years)

Parent Education Groups
Discover parenting techniques that work with young children. Learn about positive discipline, how to reduce violence in your child’s life, and how to strengthen your relationship with your child.

Developmental Screening
Receive an assessment of your child’s development. We will also give you suggestions for addressing concerns and help you find more resources for your child. (ages 2 months to 5 years)
